About
A native Idahoan, Pete was raised on a small cattle/farm operation near Oakley, Idaho. He graduated from Idaho State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and received his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in 2007 where he graduated Cum Laude. He brings with him great energy and drive.

In a very short time, Pete has established himself as an aggressive and indefatigable attorney. He is active in State and Federal Court where he handles a wide variety of cases including Water Rights, Contract Law, Construction Law, Family Law, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Employment Law, and Civil Rights.
Pete was awarded the Denise O'Donnell Idaho State Bar Pro Bono award in 2013. He is licensed in every court in the State of Idaho, the United States Federal Court, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
